The Weavers group has had funding from or is currently funded by: National Science Foundation, United States Geological Survey, Office of Naval Research, Naval Facilities Engineering Service Center, Water Environment Research Foundation, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration-Ohio Sea Grant, Electric Power Research Institute, Ohio Coal Development Office, Ohio Water Development Authority, and OSU.

We participate in OSU's NSF sponsored Environmental Molecular Science Institute (EMSI). We also work on joint projects with professors in Civil & Environmental Engineering, Geological Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Plant Biology, and Natural Resources at OSU.
